Provide customer with information on daily deals and promotion. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation. I have several achievements in my life and my work experience. Probably the most notable was the delivery of a great customer service to our valued customers, the results are they keep visiting our store and purchased every time we have new brands/products. •Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of good sold.
Provide Training for the new team member on how to make Excellent Product and deliver Great Customer Service.

•Nurtured and improved staff capabilities and promoted teamwork amongst and beyond.
•Provide quality Food Safety training, and ensure the staffs are trained to understand the importance of food hygiene.

Oversee the shop operations ranging from supervising the staff, merchandising and directing day to day activities.
•Attend, greet and provide excellent customer service by developing and building a warm and professional relation

•Acquire product knowledge to create product awareness to the customer to monitor inventory and stock availability.

Supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Housepersons, and Lobby Attendants,
Ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel’s standards.
•Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities. Assign designated guest room keys
and pagers to assigned staff.
•Maintain accurate record and ensure security of keys assets. Inspect guest rooms, public areas/bathrooms, fitness
center, fool area, offices and service areas cleaned by assigned team members, using designated checklist.
•Ensure all areas of the hotel are cleaned to the hotel specifications
•Follow up on corrections; directly contact Room Attendant and relay any deficiencies to be corrected.
•Accommodate guest request quickly and courteously ensuring guest satisfaction.
