• Mobilize such as men, materials, tools and equipment at the site in planned and organized manner for the set-up of stores, offices, storage facilities, etc. and obtain approval from site engineer for implementation.
• Assess manpower requirement, arrange the same through local labor suppliers, and prepare the daily activity plan for the jobs to be completed, assign tasks to workmen and monitor activities to achieve deadlines.
• Maintain record of daily deployment of labour and materials used on the site project.
• Supervise all jobs being carried out to ensure quality standards are being met and inspect the site after completion with the site engineer.
• Guide, train, appraise, develop, support and motivate subordinates to display high levels of individual and team performance to achieve objectives of the company as well as the client.
• Procurement of tools, equipment, supply and materials to be used at site.
• Review drawings with lead man for performing on assigned jobs.
• To supervise members, provide technical assistance and support needed to get the project done.
• Implementation of safety pre-caution on site and develop healthy atmosphere.
• Estimation, costing and budgeting of the project.
• Prepare quotation and invoices.
• Prepare man hours for payroll preparation.
