• Administered the daily operation and preventive maintenance of various equipment and facilities installed within building including but not limited to the electrical substations and ventilation and AC systems, pumps, and motors, vertical transport system, sewage treatment and Fire Detection and Alarm System
• Compiled weekly engineering report including discrepancy report, diesel monitoring, tools and stocks inventory, SAP PR-PO monitoring, elevator maintenance and trouble report, and VRF preventive maintenance
• Assessed submitted plans from tenants for electrical, mechanical, structural/civil, plumbing, FDAS System, and structured cabling to compliance in accordance with the construction and fit-out guidelines of the building management and the building codes.
