• Develop and Submit Comprehensive Proposals: Lead the creation of compelling commercial and technical proposals in response to client requests for proposals
• Maintain Organized RFP Documentation: Handle basic filing, recording, and daily submission tasks related to RFPs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time
• Manage Procurement and Inventory: Handle the entire purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely purchasing. Additionally, encoding data into the company system, receive stock and distribute it to designated sites.
• Maintain Accurate Inventory Records: Organize and file stock efficiently, ensuring accurate recording and reporting with supporting documentation.
• Facilitate Efficient Shipping: Prepare and arrange all necessary shipping details to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Answering phone calls and emails; internal support to all department and management
• Assist in making travel arrangements and booking reservation for conferences and events
• Filing, recording, organized schedules of meetings and appointments; liquidation report of daily expenses
• To provide hands on assistance, attend, support and coordinate specially clients and business partners
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (parcels, supplies, envelopes, packages, etc.)
