Review 'As Built' drawings and 'Operation and Maintenance Manuals' to ensure correctness, completeness and that they are in-line with the specifications.
Coordinate and direct the Mechanical contractor in coordination with other services and finishes.
Responsible in handling inspection of mechanical works carried out by the contractor and ensures its compliance with the approved shop drawing, project specification, relevant building codes and approved methods.
Study and reviews shop drawings.
Provide observation report concerning the quality of installed mechanical services
Reports site works, issues and progress to and as directed by the Senior Mechanical Engineer and MEP Manager
Inspection and acknowledge material deliveries
• Supervises whole operation of the assigned line
• Operates and perform in process inspection of parts according to manufacturing instructions such as utilizing CNC and Milling machines.
• Supervises and communicates with QCL, QG, QC on a daily basis
• Performs machine adjustment and tool change, minor program editing such as reset tool life, tool offset and adjustment in machine parameters / updating documents related to line operation like OS, WI, procedures, system and standards.
