Configuring and management of Internet Perimeter firewall and Datacentre firewall

➢ Providing network/technical Support to all Middle East countries for slow response issue and application/lotus notes issue, checking the routing path and block the unwanted traffic for the broadcast issues in Lan network will arrange the crisis call for any critical issues.
➢ Coordinating with Hong Kong (NCC) for all IPLC links loop test, link upgrade for passport DLCI configuration.
➢ For all Middle East countries we are configuring Cisco routers/switches/firewall nodes for new Branches, CSU’s and ATMS.
➢ Activation of Lan Switch ports as per request from PABX team for the new users in all regions.
➢ Checking all Incident Tickets and solve the issue at the earliest.
➢ Troubleshooting all LAN, Wan & IPLC Links same monitoring with software’s like Dashboard, HPOV & Concord also using Net scout application to check all the network traffic broadcast.
➢ Constantly updating the New Circuit IP details, LAN ports database.
➢ Creating new subnets for all regions through Vital QIP Application as per the request.
➢ Taking Sniffer and Ethereal Trace reports for non working/slow response applications issues, same has to analyze and solve the issues.
➢ Configuring GRE Tunnels in MPLS Network for monitoring the links.
➢ Assigning Static IP for the new printers and users for accessing DMZ segment
➢ Upgraded IOS for all Middle east Countries for all Cisco 3800, 2800 series routers through TFTP server
➢ For RCC Operations I have a done a project for BRP Call center Setup which involves 2 data leased lines for Nortel passport for Wan connectivity and 2 PRI lines for Aspect for call routing setup, installed 30 agents in brp site and same tested with live users successfully
➢ Monitoring and Trouble Shooting of NPLC, MPLS-VPN, Internet Leased Lines (ILL), Internet ISDN, and Dialup Circuits.
➢ Managing Cisco Routers and Switches. Using Cisco 7200 Series of routers and Cisco 3550 & 2950 Switches.
➢ Coordinating with Different BSO’s and vendors towards for installation and Commissioning.
➢ Troubleshooting of last mile connectivity (BSNL and Bharti Telecom).
