Presently working in damas jewellery llc as purchase executive since May'2013
Job responsibilities:
1. Obtaining active supplier list.
2. Receiving Local Purchase requests from various departments.
3. Obtaining parallel Quotes from suppliers and bargaining.
4. Obtaining necessary approvals from authorized signatories
5. Making LPOS and sending to the suppliers
6. Receiving Invoices from suppliers and arranging payments
7. Submitting various reports related to purchase to the management as and when required.
8. Meeting new suppliers with their new products and taking decisions in connection with the management.
Document controller.
Preparation & distribution of weekly Document delivery registers.
Registration, Issue & distribution of technical documentation to internal & external parties, ensuring timely turnaround of documentation.
Examines reports & documents for completeness and accuracy and coordinate originator regarding corrections.
Engage in preparing facility documents and related reports.
Archiving, photocopying & scanning.
Setting up all documents & folders as per company & ISO standards.
Updating all spreadsheets/Memorandums/Notices etc.
Day to Day uploading and downloading of correspondences, drawings, transmittals and other documents
