Assistant Engineer ( Utilities)
• Supervision and maintenance of Desalination Plant, Fire Tube boilers, Oil Free rotary screw air compressors.
• Submission of monthly utility production as well as the overall industry water consumption.
• Preparing KPI and assist with external audits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of SOP.
• Handle production of Deionized water for WPU System, WFI System, operation of Distiller and Pure Steam Generator.
• Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment fault.
• Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget.
• Perform failure analysis and provided recommendations to management for corrective action.
• Handled the erection and commissioning of new PSG, WFI system and distribution network for Freeze Dryer.
• Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Preparing and carrying out preventive maintenance for Boiler, Air compressor and dryer, R.O. Plant, WPU System.
• Assisting in waste water management.

• Reverse Osmosis Plant 15 m3/hr ( Elga ) - 2 no’s each
• 6 Ton & 5 Ton Fire Tube Boilers ( Loos International ) - 2 no’s
• Oil Free rotary screw air compressor 320 l/s ( Atlas Copco ) - 4 no’s
• Air Dryer 750 l/s ( Atlas Copco ) - 4 no’s
• Deionizer 15 m3/hr ( Veolia ) - 2 no’s
• Water Softener 2.4 m3/hr - 2 no’s
• Pure Steam Generator 600 kg/hr - 3 no’s
• Distiller - 0.75 m3/hr ( Remoin ) - 1 no.
• Supervising team for the production of potable water using reverse osmosis desalination plant.
• Handling the Electrical maintenance of plant & machinery and electrical installation work.
• Handled erection, commissioning, inspection tests of bottle filling and cup filling plant equipment and materials and ensured project completion within stipulated time & cost parameters for determining the effectiveness of equipment and plants.
• Troubleshooting problems related to Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
• Perform electrical inspections and repairs on various power supplies.
• Handle pre-installation site inspections, estimating cost and materials required for equipment installation process.
• Supervise Installation and repairing, wiring, fixtures and equipment for all electrical services.
• Throughout duty maintain the confidentiality of personal and financial information, maintain effective working relationships.
• Possess good computer skills
