Actively involved in the various recruitment activities such as Sourcing suitable candidates as per the client’s requirements for the position, from different job portals Advertising the job requirements on the job portals Contacting candidates for verification of experience and discussing the offered position. Coordinating with the candidates and the operations department to organize the interviews, travel documents, accommodation, logistics and reimbursement of expenses. Creating and updating candidate profiles on the company database; tracking information of individual candidates using custom made trackers. Active participation in weekly team meetings and trainings provided by the team lead for continuous improvement in recruitment skills Handled senior and junior vacancies for various national and international oil and gas companies. Held major responsibilities in many campaigns held for national oil and gas companies in UAE with highest number of placements compared to the competing agencies Assisting the Operations department in activities such as
• Updating and maintaining the records and database of consultants
• Assisting in the process of mobilization of the appointed candidates.
Serving customers at the cash point and other of the store, recovery of the stock, replenishment of stock on the shop floor, clearing stocks from customer services and fitting rooms, ensuring
tidiness on the shop floors.
Coordinated mails, maintained records and documents, arranged meetings and discussions, created inventory reports, updated the staff about any changes, requirements or sales agendas. Coordinate the distribution and delivery of good to the various stores. Provided assistance in inventory and stock taking. Actively involved in sales and customer services. Active participation in setting up of seasonal promotions and the opening of new stores.
