Operationally responsible for all staff assigned on the airport in performing ground handling activities.Supervise and guides all assign staff to produce good quality of work. Responsible for offloading and loading of baggage of the aircraft.Ability to perform in a most effective manner to the right quality on a given time.Exercise firm decisions on irregular conditions within the scope of personal responsibility.Ensures understanding and complete knowledge of ramp operations complying with the rules and regulations governing safety specifically driving and vehicle operation on AOA.Ensures that all assign flights are handled as per standard specifications after having manpower and equipment availability so that work performances are always set in the direction of set goals and of objectives.

Responsible for implementing new company strategies and policies effectively, directly involved in preparing new marketing plans and strategies which is utilized in achieving company goals, handle customers complains and educate them on policies, protect company images by ensuring that quality control standard of products and services are adequately adhered to effectively.

Coordinate and implement various strategy regarding sales with sales representative and greet and attend bookstore customers, offer relevant information about products and prices, make order in customers name, sell books to customers, operate the cash register and other bookstore equipment, collect payments, take inventory and order and maintain books, magazines and other bookstore supplies.
