● Preparing a BIM model of the planned constructions using the Revit MEP & AutoCAD format
● Assisting BIM & CAD Team and supervising its activities
● Extending support to the management in presentation of BIM model and capturing their feedback
● Ensuring BIM model compliance with the planned dimensions of the building
● Imparting training to project staff in the use of BIM/CAD related software
● Looking after modeling of all kind of Mechanical, Plumping and Electrical Services like HVAC, Hydronic piping, Water service, Drainage, Fire fighting, Medical Gas, Pneumatic tube system, Cable trays, Conduits, trunking, Pant rooms etc. in Revit MEP/ AutoCAD MEP
● Executing coordination in Revit Models as per the coordination strategy and preparing Revit families and CAD blocks
● Conducting clash detection in Navisworks/ Revit MEP and creating Quantity/ schedules in Revit MEP
● Drafting individual shop drawing from the coordinated models with annotation and dimensions
● Creating filters and saved sets in Navisworks, preparing .nwd format files for presentation in Navisworks and making time liner in Navisworks

● Carried out Heat Load Calculation, and Duct designing
● Collaborated with site workers and assigned tasks to them
● Prepared HVAC Drawings such as Conceptual layout followed by ducting layout In CAD format in co-ordination with Architectural drawings, As-built Drawings, Structural Drawings, Equipment layouts and other Electrical layouts
● Ensured execution of site works in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification, up to the complete satisfaction of consultant and clients
