5. Develop grant financial, procurement and operations manuals and carry out training to ensure efforts are streamlined across departments to successful implementation of the portfolio programs for grant under contracts and in kind grants including but not limited to construction contracts.
6. Supervise, train, lead, mentor and guide the contracts and grant under contracts and in kind grants departments of 27 national staff members including training to operations and procurement departments.

8. Ensure the coverage of the needs for further training and constant monitoring to the sub awardee through hiring a wide variety of short term consultants. Over the course of the project, I’ve hired and trained 17 STTAs to support the sub awardees.
9. Lead the creations of multiple scenarios, templates, manual, policies training materials and sustainability plans to enable the technical teams’ additional resources to cover a wide range of grants under contracts. A data base of 900 pages of those documents.
10. Hire STTAs and train them on these materials to enable them support the sub awardees in the implementations.
