• Train and supervise the HR team of 6 members (2 HR Specialists, 2 PROs, 2 HR Associates)
to ensure that they follow all HR processes, policies and templates.
• Interview candidates in accordance with the recruitment process to ensure Starlink meets
its recruitment targets for Qtel and Starlink departments.
• Liaise with the PRO to onboard staff and ensure that all government requirements
are completed.
• Work with Department Heads as a Relationship Manager to ensure that all their HR
requirements are understood and completed.
• Work with Line Managers to ensure that any disciplinary or grievances are followed correctly.
• Conduct investigations in cases of employee suspected misconduct.
• Track employee data and producing reports as required.
• Act as an expert on HR policies.
• Handle, file and keep track of employee documentation.
• Follow up on ad hoc employee requests and issues.
• Escalate issues or out of policy queries to the Director of Operations and HR.

• Spearheaded the Worker’s Register, soft copy filing and documentation of staff
• Legalized staff in the average of 21 staff new staff from September to January 2012.

• Recruited an average of 25 new staff for Qtel and Starlink for the last 6 months

• Supervises the pioneering team of (7) professional Outbound Sales Executives
• The team calls out the SoHo (Small Office Home Office and Small Medium Enterprises) companies in Qatar for customer profiling, presenting the different Product and Services of Business Solutions creating sales leads and eventually booking appointments for the SoHo Account Managers
