• Creates a disciplined culture through a weekly conference call with all country managers & area managers in gulf regions to discuss the Business performance and take insights through figures and share region/brand priorities and action plans.
• Dealing operationally with project department to make that contractors handed over the newly opened stores as per the approved map from leasing departments of malls.
• Supporting the loss prevention department to plan & monitor the yearly stock take in order to achieve the budget of stock shrinkage.
• Leasing with logistic department to make sure that stocks arrive the stores as per the allocation set & as per the brand seasonal calendar.
• Prepare yearly product hindsight & market threats for each region and discuss it with the brand meeting.
