Duties and Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
* Provides guidance and leadership to all Beauty advisors in 10 outlets of Al Ain, Fujairah and Khorfakkan.
* Assess the weak areas of the individual (professional grooming, make up look, uniform, sales approach, product knowledge) and designed appropriate training
*Ensures that every Beauty Advisor is on floor as scheduled
* Ensures that every team member knows their daily and monthly target, and the minimum ranking to be achieved based on the outlet category
* Disseminate information regarding new products and other pertinent information from the top management to team members
* Demonstrates knowledge of company's mission, purpose, goals, and the ability to help employees successfully achieve them.
* Provide additional support through delivery of GWP, FOC, Testers as necessary
* Approve and disapprove change of schedule considering the business needs
* Update Daily Sales Report and Timesheet of all Beauty Advisors
*Assumed the criteria and responsibility of a team leader by creating more production in the department to grow and exceed all sales, plans, and goals.
*Closely coordinate with the store manager’s and/or store in-charge on any support needed to ensure meeting of the brand’s achievement of ranking and required sales output
Duties and Responsibilities as a Beauty Advisor:
• Welcome each customer while offering a superior customer experience.
• Quickly establish rapport with customers and create an extensive personal clientele that resulted on achieving repeat customer visits and maintaining loyalty to the brand.
• Assisting an average of 20 customers per day, recommending the proper cosmetic item based on customer’s need.
• Maximizing all selling technique to exceed daily sales goals and achieve Ranking set on the assigned outlets
• Maintaining inventory and cosmetic displays based on the planogram.
• Responsible for proper promotion of products to all clients through professional make-up tutorials and/or make-over and introduce new techniques to fully maximize use of products.
• Participate in monthly stock take
• Submits Daily Sales Report, competitor’s update and other pertinent information that could help the organization.
• Proactively suggesting the right GWP and FOC based on the need of the outlet.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Gondola
• Take inbound customer-service calls and making outbound calls to patients and health care providers
• Gather and process information needed to complete medical insurance claims
• Process routine claims
• Investigate pending claims and resolve discrepancies
• Resolves customer questions and issues related to billing, account information and general question regarding customer’s plan
• When applicable, promotes opportunities for additional products and services
• De-escalate Irate callers and maintain between the interests of the company and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for selling of company's health services to ensure that assigned quota is achieved
• Develop and maintain good business relationship with key people of assigned accounts.
• Explore all channels and other untapped industries within the assigned territory
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
