I started with this company as a freelancer consultant, and i filled the empty position until we found a guy to fill his position as employee with the company. I have implemented food safety and haccp with GWR consulting, i was the purshasing manager as well, recruiting, training for the staff about the concept and about the work techniques, wine trainings, service trainings.
Opening for 3 restaurants, Negotiating with suppliers, Planning, developing Lord of the Wings standards and directing marketing efforts for Lord of the Wings brand, Executing strategies with cross-functional teams, Supervising brand content, Managing access to brand assets, Responsible for interviewing, training, following up with the staff and evaluating them to lord of the wings concept (for the three branches ), Following day to day LOTW standards situation in all the branches.
Jan2014 - June2014: Restaurant Manager, LOTW Egypt, (opening 2 branches).
Giving all informations about the concept, training the staff for LOTW standards, evaluating them in order to promote the best of them, helping the cost control to be effective, purchasing the food quality to be exactly the same as the mother company even in other regions
