Maintains and update all document registers by creating sales order and sample logging on ERP.
Prepares proforma invoice and invoice upon receipt of LPOs and job completion.
Maintains and update records on clients’ contacts information by creating monthly job files.
Assists in preparation of mechanical testing certificate.
Act as Quality Control Representative by implementing standard procedures.
Keep track of all documents correspondences and transaction.
Handles all incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.
Creates forms and prepares daily collection summary report and daily sample register for easy reconciliation.
Transmitting daily cash/cheque collection to Accounts Department.

Coordinate, arrange, maintain and solves any issues regarding staff accommodation;
Coordinates with Logistics Manager for daily administration issues and company purchases when required
Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests such as display allowance, gondola rentals and outlet support; describing product features.
Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
Ensures inventory by coordinating with merchandisers to restock shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting field sales representatives to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products.
Negotiates with store manager and supervisor on special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period.
Provides information by reporting growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory.
Ensures accuracy of merchandisers’ timesheet.
