Scanning and filling of documents, receving and sending of letters to and from different department
Ensuring that accurate job descriptions are in place
Preparation of employment contracts, termination of contract letters, warning letters, transfer letters and internal memos
Provide advice and assistance to other staff on the balance scorecard implementation
Assisting in maintaining personnel statistics/records in regard to numbers deployed to sections, tranfers, leave administration, sickness
Handling routine correspondence like a data bank
Short listing of candidates for a vacant position who are to be called in for an interviews
Scheduling and organizing interviews
