Conceptualize, develop, gain approvals, and
release all print, video, web and digital advertising
for PLG & Convert Eng. including, but not limited
to social media posts, digital display banner ads,
print publications, instore displays/banners,
outdoor ads as well as company stationaries.
Managing graphic designs from concept to
print.
• Develop all internally gernerated branded materials across multiple departments. Key projects includes but not limited to: social media advertisements, web and google ad banners, videos, e-newsletter, signages, flyers, brochures, logos and other company branding.
• Support external facing campaigns as needed including recreating, reformating and resizing advertisement and related campaign collateral.
• Act as brand steward, ensuring all communications are designed to brand standards including developing templates for wide use.
• Working with wide range of media, including photography and videos.
• illustrates concept by producing rough layout or mockup design for different events or store front display.
• Analyzing and studying new trends in graphic and editing industry to be applies on the right context.
In-charge in Design Department;
Photo Editing, Retouching and Photobook Designing;
In-charge of receiving, outgoing and checking of orders;
Making reports for the design department;
In-charge of monitoring design output;
Reporting directly to Operation & Admin Director;
Support team from New York by answering calls and emails
Conduct brief orientation to the newly hired designer with the supervision of design manager;
Evaluate performance of designers;
Responsible for recommendation, retention, and termination of his department staff to be coordinated with the Human Resources Manager;
