Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the monthly sales value and distribution targets set by the his manager
2. Target setting per sales rep by Channel
3. Control and Monitor company assets (POS ) placement, reallocation and
T/O per store
4. Control company recoverable in the market
5. Ensure the best use of POSM and visibility in the area by channel by type of
outlet
6. Prospecting new business opportunities at his area.
7. Implementing the company’s sales commission scheme.
8. Monitoring and reporting competitive activities and recommending action plans.
9. Handle customers complaints
10. Selection, motivating and retaining his team.
11. Developing his team through coaching and double visit

1. Monthly Target achievement in his area by sales rep
2. Monthly Distribution achievement in his area by channel and sales rep
