• Quantity Survey / Quantity take-off - Calculating Quantities for Procurement and Identifying variations
• Review and Analyze Contracts, Drawings, Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Vendor’s List and prepares BOQ for pricing from Request for Quotations regarding Fit-out., prepares RFI and Work Inspection.
• Prepare Site progress report, Submit Invoices, follow-up payment certificates for on-going projects, prepares MRO for procurement
• Conducts Site Inspection and Technical Coordination Meeting for Awarded and on-going projects as necessary.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and as built drawings for Main Contractor/ Client.
• Reporting to Project Manager and Operations Head.
• Prepares Architectural and General Shop Drawings for approval of Consultant
• Quantity Survey/ Quantity Take Off of Materials as based on IFC drawings
• Prepares Material packages for Procurement and Prepares Material Submittal For Clients Approval
• Updates Shop Drawing submittal log and incoming and outgoing of documents
• Review and Analyze Plans, Bill of Quantities, Specifications and Tender Documents
• Converse with Engineers for the better understanding of the project drawings.
• All other duties assigned by Senior Architect
• Designer/AutoCAD Operator/ Planner/Creative/ Technical/Field Inspector
• Supervise a team of planners, AutoCAD operators, Photoshop designers, Sketch up 3D and Renderers throughout minor and major projects
• Plan and design presentation drawings; does complete set of construction working drawings (Architectural Detailing, Interior Design and Detailing Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
• Does field visit and hard hat meeting with sub-contractors and head Engineer during On-going projects
• Does Architectural punch list, Safety and Quality Control at Field / Project Site
• Attends Technical Coordination Meeting with Owner, Client, Civil Engineers and Allied Professionals
• Does out-of-town Field Visit of Proposed and On-going projects
• Source -out materials and specifications.
