THIS WAS A CHALLENGING JOB FOR A FRESHER LIKE ME, WORKED AS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, AT “ JET AIRWAYS INDIA LTD” FOR ONE YEAR IN, CHENNAI.THIS INCLUDED 4 MONTHS OF TRAINING IN CHENNAI FOR BASIC AIRPORT HANDLING AND DANGEROUS GOODS TRAINING, ONE MONTH OF EXAMINATION PREPARATION AND EXAM.THEN FOR A WHOLE SEVEN MONTH PERMANENT JOB.THIS WAS A FULL TIME JOB. MY ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE WAS THAT OF TAKING CARE OF PASSENGER NEEDS AND SERVICES INSIDE THE AIRPORT TERMINAL. I USED TO HANDLE DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.
MY PLACE OF WORKING WHERE AT CHECK-IN COUNTERS, BOARDING GATE, JET AIRWAYS PREMIUM LOUNGE AND RAMP. GOT OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC FIGURES, CELEBRITIES, AND BUSINESS TYCOONS. AT THE END OF THE DAY, JET AIRWAYS MADE ME A STRONG PERSON TO HANDLE ANY HECTIC AND PRESSURE SITUATIONS SO CONFIDENTLY AND WITH CALMNESS.
