•Employee Code generation
•Confirmed, new joined data, resignation, transfer, Employee Referrals
•Promotion, Increment, Re-designations, Inter group Company Transfer, Branch Transfer, confirmation process etc.
•Sending Exit formalities to Resigned, along with prorata FnF in liasonising with Com & Ben team
•Ensuring proper handover of all Company Assets, Email id deletion with backup.
•Issuing Relieving letter & FnF Cheque and FnF Statement to the Resigned
•Handling Background Verification for ex-employees and reverting them in time.
•Involved in employee engagement activities
•Opening of bank accounts
•Processing end to end FNF of employees
•Providing data for background verification
•Update the Organization Structure
