• Preparation of Cost Control Report, Cost to Complete (CTC) which includes monitoring of budget and actual expenses for each activity.
• Developing of Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost breakdown structure, budget and rate analysis, Project forecast and Project finance cost statement.
• Evaluating actual costs incurred comparing with Budget or PSE (Pre-Start Estimate) provisions and analysing Revenue.
• Reviewing financial cost statement, P&L statement, Subcontractor & Supplier monthly invoices, monthly and annual financial reports.
• Contract Administration which includes the contractual correspondences for Employer, Engineer, Subcontractor and interface coordination, notices for EOT & Claims. Prepared Interim Payment Applications (IPA), Certified Subcontractor’s Interim Payments, Final Account and Final Turnover Documentation, etc.
• Producing CVR (Cost Value Reconciliation) and CTC (Cost to Completion) report and advice management on forecasted negative cash flows to overcome the obstacles, monitor cost and time to prevent the Cost & time over runs and advise on acceleration if appropriate to avoid Liquidated Damages.
• Managing all costs related expenses from Start to end of the project. Seeks to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
• Reviewing contracts and checking the compliance of cost consumption.
