● Database management - Maintaining the skill set and profile database
● Maintaining Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports…

● Understanding the clients' requirements in retrospect to the candidates' profile, job Description, salary payable and dates of recruitment in order to provide Quality Manpower services.
● Matching the profiles according to the requirements on web portals or in internal database.
● Preliminary interview of the candidate before sending them to the clients place like communication skills, technical skills and work experience.
● Coordinating the interviews of candidates with the client.
● Regular follow-ups with the client to confirm the staffing plans and ensure whether the candidates needs are met.
● Creating, maintaining and updating the databank for different category of skilled professionals.
