Ensuring review of Material Approval Request (MAR) and comments issued by relevant engineer follows Project Approved Codes and Standards and obtaining Approval from the MEP Manager and ensuring the comments are issued to Client by Document Controller.
Responsible for ensuring the Employers requirements, QCS requirements, Local and International Standards are followed.
Co-ordinating with GSAS and RAMS team in ensuring the applicable norms and requirements are mitigated.
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring progress of the design verification progress as per the Design verification plan and schedule.
Responsible for As built Drawing Review and certification

Design Review & Supervision of Chiller & package unit HVAC systems, Fire protection
& Plumbing services for KAHRAMAA (Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation) Substations.
Familiar with the appropriate local, European and American codes & standards QCS, EN, NFPA, IEC, ANSI, etc and their application in the underground Metro environment.
Assisting with sales efforts for multidiscipline projects provide the Engineering resources and guidance to accomplish our commitments. Attending FAT to ensure Material & Equipment’s manufactured are as per project Approved specifications,
Attending SAT & Site inspections request raised for Installation, Testing & Commissioning, issuing Site Notes, raising NCR’s to ensure system ITC with respect to Project Approved Specifications & Approved International standards.
Regular monitoring of Project schedules, raising alarms & communication of project progress or delays to Client through project progress meetings.
Certify Contractor project progress invoices, provide inputs to verify EOT claims submitted by contractor
Mechanical Services Design, Design review and Project coordination, reporting to Operations manager
Reviewing project drawings, technical documents, and material submittals as per Client specifications,
NFPA codes and standards, FM and UL listings, ASHRAE Standards for District cooling, Chillers and package unit HVAC systems, Fire protection and Plumbing services
Conducting the tests of fire protection, HVAC, cranes, and other services in relation with related design and material approvals, factory test reports and Red mark-up drawings
Devising the Inspection test analysis regarding DEWA standards and issuing comments to
Contractor / Supplier
Drafting the snags list for the inadequacies observed installations done and inspecting them after the
Contractor has complied to comment.
Arranging for handover of technical documents, as built drawings, O and M manuals and test reports from Contractor to Client during final handover of project.

Design Review & Supervision of District cooling & Package unit HVAC systems, Fire protection & Plumbing services for Project: Shuqaiq Power plant, phase -II with 2640 MW power generating capacity through 4 x 660 MW heavy fuel oil fired super critical boilers, a 380-kV substation related seawater intake, flue gas cleaning system.

Design Review & Supervision of Chiller & package unit HVAC systems, Fire protection & Plumbing services for Saudi Electric Company Shoaiba II Power Plant with 1200 MW power generating capacity via a combined cycle power plant. The power plant is configured as two 600 MW combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) each consisting of 5 Gas Turbine Generators exhausting through a Heat Recovery Steam Generator. The 5 HRSG’s supply steam to a Steam turbine.

Design Review & Supervision Chiller & package unit HVAC systems, Fire protection & Plumbing services for SWCC Ras Az Zawr Desalination & Power Plant with a desalination capacity of 1, 025, 000 water cubic meters daily and 2400 MW electricity. Project includes establishing of Power plant with gas and steam turbines, desalination plant with evaporation system whether by multiple stages (MSF) or multi effects evaporation (MED) of 70% of plant and the rest by (RO).
