Xansa was British company on London Stock Exchange, later purchased by Steria. Xansa supported worldwide retail functions for the client, TESCO. Bhaskar was accountable for offshoring finance system involving stocks, P-o-S, 3-way match and receivables. Success of this first pureplay (offshore) & managed (onshore-offshore) model led to transition of more systems.

The support functions and processes from offshore include Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer, incident management, problem management, contracts management, continuous improvement, and 24X7 production support with demanding Service Level Agreements. Involves 10 user groups and 5 support groups.
