• Manage integration of FlexiISN in Data network, swapping of Siemens to NSN Core Network.
• Integrate network nodes for automated monitoring apart from implementation and upgrading of Ericsson Nodes.
• Managed 3 onsite projects through a team of 12 Software Development and testing experts as Onsite Testing Project Coordinator (2004 - 2005).
• Functioned as Project Coordinator - Wataniya Telecom, Kuwait (2005 - 2006) involved in management and solution architecture for SS7 Monitoring tool deployment.
• Accountable for onsite testing of products prior to final delivery to customer.
• Ensured technical support for new products and prompt resolution of customer grievances.
• Built KPI for Call Trace, Protocol Analyser and Data Ware House products; implemented monitoring systems for telecommunication and managed IT/ telecom projects from contract to support stages.
• Conducted technical trials for Sprint, Wataniya Telecom and Vodafone Germany; implemented IUPS and IUCS data warehouse for monitoring system.
• Deployed Anritsu software and hardware for various mobile networks; defined KPIs for ISUP, MAP & Diameter Protocols and identified key fields for Call Trace and Protocol Analyzer.
• Led a team of 2 engineers. Involved in software development and testing using C and C++.
• Developed interface protocol for monitoring system; developed and tested SS7 Protocol apart from coding & testing of LNNI and LUNI protocol.
