Managing HR Business Partnering role for International & In-house Brands like Aeropostale, ARDENE, SMYK, Beverly Hills Polo Club, New Yorker, Lakeland, LC Waikiki, HEMA, Dollar Plus, R&B and other support functions like Loss Prevention, Warehouse, Transport, House Keeping & other sister concern companies

• Plan recruitment and talent management with Business Heads for adequate staffing and workforce development to support business strategies of brands
• Head hunted and recruited candidates through various initiatives : Recruitment Drives, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Internships, IJPs, References etc. for all job roles up to mid level positions
• Designed and implemented an effective and efficient recruitment process to attract high caliber talent within the required time limits in a cost effective manner
• Managed the on-boarding process - the complete joining cycle from Offer, Visas Travel up to induction and assigning a buddy for new joiners
• Implemented Internship Programs by partnering with various Schools & Universities across UAE
• Visited retail store on a regular basis to meet and resolve employee grievances and address issues of retail employees
• Keep track of internship program and internship reports on monthly basis and arrange for monthly stipend of interns
• Coordinating with CSR Manager and arrange various self development programs for Blue collared employees at the company staff accommodation like: Free Medical Check camps, English Learning classes, Smart Idol Talent program
• Conducted Exit interviews for exiting employees, and addressed Disciplinary issues of employees in coordination with Legal department personnel and initiated corrective action
• Plan the Annual calendar for Employee engagement program and implemented the same for brands and support function employees
• Conducting sessions for GPTW and other engagement surveys
• Working in an automated HR environment, with sound knowledge of Oracle HRMS including Taleo

Achievements:
• 2019 - Managed Oman HR operations in Muscat for 3 months and streamlined HR processes in line with Oman Labour Laws till new HR Manager joins
• 2019 - Planned and implemented fitness program for Distribution Centre employees during 30X30 Dubai Fitness Challenge periods
• Selection of retail employees on acquisition of new brands like Pumpkin Patch (2016), Levis (2017) and Lakeland (2018)
• 2015 - Assisted senior management (CHCO and business heads) in preparing Recruitment and HR Strategy for their brands
• 2014 - Introduced Internship program and Internal job positions across the Group, traveled to Egypt for recruitment of Arab speakers for retail positions
• 2013 - Successful Implementation of Treasure Hunt Program for New Joiners
