WORK EXPERIENCE
Currently associated with J.R Davda & Associates which is a 35 Years old CA firm based in Thane since 2009. Designated as working as a Senior Tax Consultant, I am handling Direct & Indirect Taxation & Audit related activities.
At present, I am handling a team of 20 interns who directly report to me & I report to the Director of the Firm.

Position: Sr. Tax Consultant - (Since March 2014) & Article trainee (From Feb. 2011 to Feb 2014)
1) Indirect taxation
• Prepared & Filed GST (India) Returns of entities falling in composition scheme, builders, restaurants, exporters, various other partnership firms, proprietary concerns and public and privately held companies.
• Handling assessment cases and representing before GST authorities.
• Consultancy in regards to GST Law (India)
• Prepared & Filed VAT and CST Returns of entities falling in composition scheme, builders, restaurants, exporters, various other partnership firms, proprietary concerns and public and privately held companies.
• Handling assessment cases and representing before VAT authorities.
• VAT and CST appeal preparation.

2) Direct Taxation
• Prepared & Filed Income Tax Returns of Individuals, HUF and Firms.
• Preparation of projected balance sheet for the purpose of sanction of loans.
• Scrutiny cases and Income Tax Appeals.
3) Audit
• Tax Audit: Ledger Scrutiny and Audit report.
• VAT Audit: VAT Audits report of Private Ltd. Companies, Partnership Firms and Proprietary concerns.
