- Build collaborative relationships with market, design, production teams and suppliers. - Develop understanding of competition. Spend time in stores and market to understand trends and business needs. - Understand best / worst sellers. - Negotiate pricing, confirm deliveries and ensure orders are placed promptly. - Provide ad hoc statistical reports to Buyers upon request. - Manage the samples for all needs of the Buying team.
