• Heading the entire Sales and Marketing operations and directly reporting to the Chairman.
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, pricing and profit margin.
• Oversee firm’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.
• Planning and executing exhibitions and other PR campaigns.
• Recruitment and overseeing all training to staff including production. OJT by participating in planning and presentation sessions, whenever required.
• Responsible for identifying new opurtunities and creating new products and developing new business models.
• Hunting for new material and technology and bringing it to table.
• Identifying prospective clients and markets, planning for capturing the same and leading the team to achieve objective through client satisfaction surveys, client development activities
• Liasioning with media buying and selling agencies.
• Responsible for identifying and spearheading strategic partnerships.
• As a Management Representative have to oversee entire processes of the company and maintenance of all best practices to maintain the Certification obtained for Sales, Design, HR, Production and QA.

• Innovating with time and introduced new ways of Viral Marketing for the companies.
• Introduced Social Marketing campaigns for the companies on Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites.
• Worked with the Technical Team to start i-phone application for the companies.
• Creating the Media Plans for all group companies and made creative solutions to make them reach their target audiences easily.
• Finalizing the sponsorship with various events happening in town where the brands could reach their target audiences and therefore responsible for B2B and B2C marketing.
• Promoting the Brand UCF and Radio-4 in all the events around the town with the creative ATL and BTL marketing tools enabling the optimum use of the budget spent.
• Doing budgeting for the marketing teams and making sure that the objectives are achieved.
• Making the Sales strategies for the Sales team and leading them to achieve the desired targets.
