Job Description: - Carries out admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
- Report and record pertinent observations accurately.
- Prepare and administer medications and other treatment as indicated.
- Prepare patient for diagnostic procedures and operations.
- Note arrangements of the chart, data of the patient and previous orders carried out.
- Carry out legal Doctor's orders properly and promptly.
