JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
(I) Ensure job for customer Complaint for Machines, Opened Jobcard in SAP system, .Email follow up via costumer, Management for task and target to achive .
(II) Follow up with Service Advisors for Inspection Quotation followed by Repair Quotation, Equipment Arrival complaint form, Delivery Note of machineries .
(III) Ensure services are Excuited in a professional, effective and efficient manner from contract review through costumer Acceptance .
(IV) Ensure costumer are supported with installation and start up proposal as well Recommended spares list .
(V) Ensure warranty job work properly recorded and , claim submission to Manufacturer under warranty terms with dealers , Further Approval and credit note followup .
(VI) Technical Issues follow up with Manufacture and needful concern to resolve the issues .
(VII) Follow up with the Costumers for payment CDC/CASH Costumer , Invoicing with according to LPO terms according to Credit dept .
(VIII) Ensure Technical work properly Assigned to technicians, Work completed Reports (Service Reports ) parts Requested forms, Technical inspection reports properly filled .
(IX) Follow up with technical Teams with problems, day to day productivity , issues Requirement to increase the productivity and Sales hours to client .
(X) Follow up for billing for closed jobs as well for WORKSHOP SALES TARGET achievement
(XI) Follow up for Costing /billing related with heavy Equipment RENTAL Divison M/C repair perfoma ETC .
(XII) Effectively communicate with third party engg firms, suppliers and contractors and follow up Accounts for subcontractor payments , INTER MEMO raising for Sub contractor repair request .
(XIII) Follow up with Manufacture requirement in workshop Auditing, conclusions Etc .
(XIV) Follow up with workshop ISO Requirement, tools calibration certificate, Dignostic tool updating , safety etc .
(XV) Evaluation meeting with HOS for technicians . Concerns with HOS/PARTS Manager for Increasing and Target Achievement.
(XVI) Ensure service contracts provided and generation for costumer for Servicing .
Responsibilities :-
WORKSHOP DEPT
1.Monitering the Workshop Requirement for Equipment Repair, Spares, Tools, Under Warrenty Claim for Making Readiness Availability of Machineries /Technical assistance required Etc for Rental /Site Requirements .
2. Technical Support During Repair via Schematic Diagram Elec/Hydraulic System, Dignostic Tool like ET and Optimiser utilization . Installation of Software in Module .
3.Spares /Lub /Fuel Consumption Monitoring Via Stores/Workshop
4. Transportation providing during Breakdown Machines in sites, Facility Monitoring Etc.
5. Monitoring Safety Equipment Certificate Renewal/ Registration Renewal.
6. Technical Staff Handling and providing suitable guideline for repair and target achievements .
7. Costing, Budgetting, Planning for Equipment Repair and Cost Allocation.
8. Technical Report Generation, Technician Performance Evalution quarterly basis, Overtime Monitering, Safety Compliance according to ISO 9001 implement in Workshop .
9 . After sales Service- Technical Assistance to Costumer, Quote Generating for Repair, Maintainace.Under Warranty Claim file up for Costumer Machine .
10. Coustmer Handling against Breakdown of Rental Machines on site .
11. Report Generation - Available Equipment for Rental in Workshop, Activity Report on hire/Off rental Machines .
11. Spares Requirement /Stock Monitering for Future Requirement for Own Company Machine /SOLD Machines .
PROCUREMENT SECTION -Coordination
1. Assiting Procurement Regarding Obtainig QUOTE requested by Workshop Branches/Marketing /HR etc Dept
2. Supplier Credit Tieup/Payment Term follow up/Cash Purchase Etc
3. Approving the Quote by Consuting Respective Dept and Concerned Quality material.
4. Follow up /Moniter Received Material proper Entry in GP Software for Account verification /Consumption

4. Costing related reports for Saudi Railway and Archirodon joint venture repair equipment.
5. Assisting workshop clerk regarding fuels and lubrication reports generation for costing in IWS Software.
6. Monthly Equipment and workshop personnel status reports for costing in IWS Software.
