Sadara is the largest engineering project developed in a single phase, a Joint Venture between Saudi Aramco and The Dow Chemical Company and annually produces over 3 million tons of high-value performance plastics and specialty chemical products.

During his nine-year tenure, Bhupendra and his team orchestrated the development, implementation and refinements of the Pollution Prevention and Resource Conservation operating management system. He led strategic and tactical guidance to successfully secure all required regulatory approvals, negotiations and permits from initial Construction through sustained design capacity operational phases.

The operating discipline and standards were based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (Responsible Care ®), US EPA regulations and practices, obtained from decades of progressive application.
