DAMAC Properties is one of the most prestigious luxury developers in the middle east. I joined as a Senior Planning Engineer in the organization for 2 projects, however, I am transitioned to take up a place of a stand-in portfolio planning manager. I am currently spearheading the project controls for Safa 02, Canal Crown and Altitude Projects for DAMAC. During my tenure at DAMAC, I have delivered data centre in Riyadh along with my Projects in Dubai. I am also supporting the Project Controls for Roberto Cavalli Shops across the world. I am currently reporting to the Senior Vice President- Projects. During this period, I have handled Projects worth 2300 million UAE dirhams.

My key accountabilities are as below:
1. Steered the work of presenting technical reports to the management/ periodic enhancement of the reports which would lead
to some key decision making for the organization.
2. Drove the programme division by liaising with the design architects, consultants and end users for effective delivery of the
targets. Planned, monitored and controlled Project baseline programmes using Primavera 8.3, monitored and controlled
KPI’s,
3. Played an instrumental role in guiding the work of Project controls for other stakeholders in the Project.
4. Closely worked with the claims department for presenting the assessments for some key claims.
5. Monitored and controlled the readiness of the look ahead activities in terms of Design/ Engineering, procurements, technical,
construction, HSE compliance etc.
6. Implemented unified project presentation across different Projects thereby standardizing the reporting mechanism.

Delivered a design and built cost plus Industrial Project (Cold Storage and Logistic Warehouses) for Abu Dhabi Ports at Kizad Port area.
- Planned, Monitored and Controlled Project Baseline Programmes using Primavera 8.3, monitored and controlled KPI’s, Took charge of delay notices/ letters etc.
- Presented Technical reports/ Weekly and Monthly reports to the Managements.
- Loaded, Monitored and Controlled resources and costs into the Programme.
- Prepared Extension of Time claim as a Main Contractor.
- Liaised with Senior Managements of the Client, design architects, sub-consultants and end users for effective delivery of the targets.
- Prepared, monitored and controlled the recovery Programmes as per the requirements of the Project.
- Monitored and controlled the readiness of the look ahead activities in terms of Design/ Engineering, procurements, technical, construction, HSE compliance etc.
- Monitored and controlled the works of the sub-contractors, assessed the Extension of Time claims of the sub-contractors.
- Delivered Project presentations to the Senior Managements of the Clients/ CEOs.

M/s Archgroup Consultants is a Design and Project Management Consultancy. I am presently reporting to the Projects' Director and a standalone authority in the Organization.

Professional Achievements:
i) Evaluated, Approved, Monitored and Controlled Main Contractor’s Project Baseline Programmes using Primavera 8.3 (as a PMC).
ii) Presented Project dashboard reports to the management.
iii) Assessed and determined Extension of Time claims as an Employer’s representative (Delivered as a Delay Analyst).
iv) Solved disputes and made amicable settlements with stakeholders.
v) Liased with the Operations, Projects, Architecture and Development Teams for efficient functioning of the Project.

M/s Al Basti and Muktha LLC Dubai is a Main Contractor. I was reporting to the Head of Planning and used to manage around 2-3 team members.

Professional Achievements:
i) Planned, Monitored and Controlled Project Baseline Programmes using Primavera 8.3, KPI techniques,
ii) Loaded resources and costs into the Baseline Programme
iii) Presented technical reports to the Management.
iv) Presented EOT claims to the Engineer/ Employer as a Main Contractor.
v) Assessed and determined Sub-contractor’s EOT claims.
vi) Developed Tender Programmes for Bidding purposes.
vii) Prepared recovery Programmes as and when required.
viii) Keenly involved with the site execution teams for Progress follow up and coordination.

M/s Sahara Aamby Valley Limited is a top tier developer in India (Employer). I used to report to the Projects Manager and used to manage 3 supervisors and Contractor's teams.

Achievements:
i) Controlled the works of the Contractors and the Engineers for the delivering the Projects as per the Contractual time frames (main role in site execution).
ii) Controlled the contractual and billing works.
iii) Keenly involved in quantity estimation/ cost control.
