Attracts potential customers by answering service questions, suggesting information about other services.
Provide accurate information to the Academy customer and to make sure the customers understand their chosen driving package.
Open the customers file and help to fill and complete the required forms and documentations.
Assigned to perform cashiering and ensure the information received from customer is accurate before payment processed.
Resolves services problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solutions to solve problem, expediting correction, following up to ensure resolution.
Ensure that all the customers’ data are keyed-in correctly in the Academy Management System.

Assigned to perform receptionist duties such as handling check -in, check out of guests; handling room blocking; handling guest inquiries; Ensuring accurate records of arrival and departure lists and in-house lists of guests.
Respond to guests’ requests to ensure customer comfort and satisfaction and safety.
Ensures that service standards set by the company are consistently implemented all throughout when performing my duties and responsibilities.
Assigned to perform cashiering functions such as maintaining accurate posting transactions in
Guests’ folios; Attends to and receives charges of guests from various outlets; handles cash and credit card transactions of guests; and performs night audit procedures.
Ensures accountability of cash float or change fund.
Handles incoming calls and ensures that they are properly accommodated in accordance to their particular request or needs.
