(56) buildings, each building of five and a half floors, and the value of the project is (405) million.
• (Jalil Project), the project includes (1172) units and (293) villas, and the project value is (353) million.
• (Al-Sail Project) The project includes (688) units and (172) villas, and the project value is (156) million.

• Overseeing quality control in the project and issuing Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) in case of any quality issues.
• Preparing quality reports on the project progress, existing issues, the status of material deliveries, and the number of companies the contractor is working with.
• Receiving materials and ensuring they meet specifications, conducting concrete tests such as slump and temperature tests, reviewing concrete truck data and concrete mix
components, performing compressive strength tests on concrete cubes at 16 hours, 7 days, and 28 days, conducting core or Schmidt hammer tests if any compressive
strength test fails, and visiting laboratories and concrete plants to verify the calibration certificates of the equipment.
• Receiving soil layers, verifying soil compaction strength and moisture level using a nuclear gauge, and ensuring the soil complies with all engineering specifications.
