As Project Manager I am responsible for successfully planning, executing, monitoring and controlling projects in MENAP and the Indian Sub-continent for our FMCG and Retail Clients. I work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure timely project fulfillment and Business Developers to expand our business amongst existing clients.
• Working with FMCG and Retail partners to build customized in-store communication solutions
• Charged with delivering large complex international retail in-store communication projects
• Responsible for budgeting, profitability planning, risk assessment and customer management with a 95% success rate
• Managing all channels (Traditional, Modern and Pharmacy) and aligning channel marketing communications strategies with brand strategies and requirements via 2 design centers and 3 fabrication and production sites.
• Responsible for ensuring resource allocation and scheduling during project execution
• Procuring stock from across Middle East stock, monitoring shipping and resolving of delivery issues with customers
• Monitor, manage and control stock inventory (EOQ, OP, Stock) including samples and added-value products.
• Ensure all inventory movements are recorded in ERP and WMS system.
• Identify cost reductions, efficiency opportunities and contribute to the achievement of project efficiency targets including the development of KPI’s to track improvements and budget vs actual spend for logistics
• Work with ground teams to measure sales as per the guidelines of the channel partner to analyze the success
• Training and management of support staff
• Internally assist and co-manage the annual stock count and support auditor with the annual stock audit
As Account Manager I was responsible for managing and delivering efficient solutions that met our FMCG and Retail client expectations in a timely manner
• Lead role in project management and responsible for material procurement, supplier selection, price benchmarking and price negotiation for production and deployment
• Providing strategic and analytical support to underpin the role of delivering a commercial, cost effective solution for clients needs
• Conduct studies of material costs and supplier services and recommend changes in purchasing procedures to improve service and/or reduce cost
• Responsible for fulfillment and production of communication solutions to meet the client’s brief and budget
• Working with distribution and channel partners across the Middle East to implement solutions
• Manage the performance of vendors / suppliers, ensuring all KPIs are achieved
• Monitor, review and report on all project related activities from production till completion
