The HSE&Q Manager role will ensure that the company’s accreditations, setting the BMS Standards and local authority applicable HSE regulations are met on all contracts. The HSE&Q Manager shall support the Management and operations team to ensure that consistent improvement in the HSE&Q culture is visible on the corporate level and assigned contracts. The HSE&Q Manager shall support the operations team in meeting the company's targets and compliance with any other requirements.

The HSE&Q Specialist shall support the Management and operations team to ensure that consistent improvement in the HSE&Q culture is visible on the corporate level and assigned contracts. Taca Emirates L.L.C is a Project Management Construction firm in UAE. It is a Government & Private partnership entity. The QHSE Specialist role will ensure that the company’s accreditation to the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards and Local authority applicable HSE regulations are met on all contracts. The QHSE Specialist shall support the Management and operations team to ensure that consistent improvement in the QHSE culture is visible on the Corporate level and assigned contracts. The QHSE Specialist shall provide the necessary support to the operations team in meeting the company targets and compliance to the local or any other requirements.

Duty's & Responsibilities:-,
• Managing & implementing Company QHSE Management System (As per IMS-ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, OSHAD & Estidama, ) at site.
• Site safety inspection, accident investigation and reporting.
• Safety awareness training to workers and executives, conducting of Safety committee meetings and safety awareness programs.
• Weekly site inspection with Client/Consultant, Higher management Persons and Site Engineers.
• Preparing Risk assessment, emergency plan and execution of mock drill.
• Ensure proper ppe’s are issued and used by all employees and workers.
• Conduct safety induction training and periodical safety tool-box talks.
• Maintain and document all safety equipment available in the project and maintain records and expedite recalibration of equipment for safety as needed.
• Ensure all aspects of accidents prevention are being taken and discussed with all employees for implementation.
• COSHH Assessment.
• Implementations of Permit to work System.
• Lifting equipment’s and tackles inspection.
• Labor camp inspections.
• Job Safety Analysis and specific work related trainings.
• Coordinating all HSE Related topics with contractors.
