 Develop work schedules for all technicians and make adjustment as needed to accommodate changing workloads

 Recommend equipment renovation, refurbishment and replacement based on equipment age, failure rate, cost of service and overall ability to support the clinical use.
 lead implementation and ongoing improvement of biomedical engineering management programs, including operational standards and effective industry specific key performance indicators
 In charge of equipment service contracts and warranty compliance
 In charge of preventive maintenance, installation and inventory management of all machines spare parts
 Assist clients in all machines related problems
 Hold weekly meeting with the team members to discuss the department strategy and performance and follow-up on daily operational matters
 Optimum utilization of SAP, ERP system responsible of tracking and maintaining service-related data duties and ensure the workflow with other modules in the system
