Maintaining communication network support, installing and troubleshooting of data collectors, DCU.
Testing and troubleshooting, diagnose meter accuracy, communication faults, and power quality issues.
Customer Service Operations, disconnection/ Reconnection, investigating customer issue related to High bills.
Safety & Regulation Adherence, Following strict electrical safety protocols
Technical & Customer Support, Providing expertise to other utility departments, contractors.

LV system preventive maintenance, corrective action, emergency response, regular
adherence, risk management, operation monitoring and documentation
