•Hands-on experience with sourcing & recruiting techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
•Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).

•Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products.

•Prepare and alter presentation contents to target specific audience.
•Provide product coupons, informational brochures and other promotional materials to persuade people to buy products.
•Record and report demonstration-related information such as the number of questions asked by the consumer and the response by myself.
•Sell products being promoted and keep records of sales. Setup, arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
•Monitor competitor’s activities (promotions, prices etc.) and inform the same to product managers to take corrective measures.
