• Commercial correspondence with internal and external companies.
• Make spare parts orders with internal and external companies.
• Follow up the products problems in the maintenance department and in the factory and make the necessary reports.
• Cost of spare parts.
• Work within a team with the aim of making the necessary studies regarding the process of pricing spare parts and verifying their approval with local companies and markets.
• Coordinate with the spare parts warehouse manager when receiving spare parts shipments and making necessary reports.
• Follow up maintenance and provide technical support to maintenance technicians.
• Follow up the problems of spare parts necessary for maintenance and needs of the factory from pieces.
• Coordination with the concerned persons to receive the shipments related to the production parts that the factory needs to complete the production of the product and verify its conformity with the packing list and make the necessary reports.
