Scope Of Work : Divided into two parts:

1st Part/ Distribution :
Handling luxury products for the distribution in Perfumes and Cosmetics. Two supervisors who reports directly to me and two sales representatives in charge of the local market.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare yearly targets by Brand.
- Monitoring stocks.
- Ensure of the implementation of the marketing activities.
- Conducting training.
- Plan for Media and Events.
- Ensure that all financial expenses are within the allocated budget.

2nd Part/ Retail :
In charge of all Salam retail outlets in Oman we have 13 stores which are distributed in all Oman territory. One retail coordinator reporting directly to me and 13 store supervisors.

Responsibilities:
- Recruiting employees.
- Preparing yearly and monthly targets by store.
- Conducting training for the employees .
- Weekly meetings with the retail coordinator and supervisors .
- Monitoring sales and stocks on daily bases by store.
- Conducting and planing promotional activities .
- Coordinating with all local suppliers.
- Insure that deliveries of the orders are on time by store.
- Insure proper costumer services.
- Incentives and motivate all employees based on their achievements.

Which develops and operates wholesale and retail business for (Perfumes, Cosmetics & Luxury watches).

Since we moved from Blue Salon to Gulf Beauty International I have been assigned as a "Sales&Marketing" Manager.

Scope Of Work :

- Supervising 6 brand Managers in promoting the leading perfume brands.
- Supervising a total number of 15 Sales promoters in more than 15 retail outlets.
- Managing 3 sales representatives responsible for wholesale distribution in Qatar.
- Weekly Meeting with the Brand Managers.
- Monitoring the inventory through open to buy planning.
- Develop the business with the retail stores (Independent Perfumeries, Local Chains and International Chains).
- Conducting presentations and press conferences for launching new perfume brands when ever there is a new major launch.
- Organizing activities for promoting existing as well as new cosmetics and perfumes.
- Organizing all training activities conducted by the international suppliers.
- Coordinating all types of marketing activities in an ongoing basis with suppliers
- Competitors monitoring on monthly bases.
- Monitoring the brand performance.
- Quarterly presentation to the board of directors on the sales, division performance and
brands activities.
- Preparing the yearly targets for the organization per brand per month.
- Preparing sales target for the sales representative per store.
