• Contributing to the development of the New Murabba Masterplan, with a focus on the
Mukaab District in South Riyadh—an expansive 1.75 million m² mixed-use
development comprising hospitality, retail, entertainment, office, and residential
assets, including branded residences, luxury apartments, and mid-range housing.
• Leading the design and delivery of the Mukaab District—a technologically advanced,
iconic landmark and one of the largest structures in the world, measuring 400m in
height, width, and length.
• Overseeing infrastructure works, including civil engineering, road networks, and both
wet and dry utility systems.
• Managing stakeholder engagement meeting with Saudi Buildings Code SBC and
Standards with regulatory authorities and service providers (MOI - Amana - Momra -
SEC - - - RCRC Civil Defence, etc., ) to secure alignment, approvals, and
timely project progress.

• Led FIFA compliance, technical integration assurance, and stakeholder engagement
for the Ministry of Sports (MoS) Stadium Delivery Programme (SDP), supporting
preparations for the AFC Asian Cup 2027 and FIFA World Cup 2034.
• Oversaw a program scope covering five new stadiums across Riyadh and the Eastern
Province, 48 training sites for AFC 2027, and more than 100 sites planned for FIFA
World Cup 2034.

• Served as a senior member of the Delivery Integration and Operational Readiness
team for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, overseeing integrated planning and
execution of large-scale projects.
• Acted as a key contributor in the Main Operations Centre for both the FIFA Arab Cup
2021 and FIFA World Cup 2022, supporting real-time coordination and venue
operations.
• Directed cross-functional teams in the construction and activation of Education City
Stadium, along with temporary facilities and services across official and non-official
FIFA sites.
• Led the deployment of over 10, 000 CCTV cameras and managed testing &
commissioning across all FIFA venues in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and
Safety & Security Operations Committee.
• Managed a dedicated Permitting Team, securing certifications, permits, and Building
Completion Certificates, ensuring compliance with Civil Defence (QCDD) and MOI
SSD requirements.
• Oversaw stakeholder engagement and operational coordination for stadium
operations and tournament delivery.
• Served as Project Manager for the World Cup Emblem sculpture (150-ton, 28-meter
high landmark on Palm Island, Doha Corniche), managing international fabrication,
logistics, and multi-agency coordination with the Army, Coast Guard, Ashghal, Police,
and MOI.
• Directed temporary construction and fit out works including:
◦ Facilities and operations management of Education City Stadium
◦ CCTV design and installation across all FIFA venues
◦ Infrastructure and services for temporary sites.
◦ Event preparation and operations for FIFA Works Cup, FIFA Arab Cup, AFC
Championship, and international friendlies.

• Led the full project lifecycle of Education City Stadium, from technical design review
through to as-built documentation, ultimately serving as Project Manager during
commissioning and handover.
• Served as a core technical delivery team member on multiple landmark projects,
including: Qatar Academy (Qatar Foundation - QF), Qatar University Sports Complex,
Qatar Petroleum District, Lusail Multipurpose Hall, National Museum of Qatar, QF
People Mover (Tram), QF Central Plant, QF Golf Course, Mall of Qatar (Facility
Management), Sidra Medical and Research Centre (MRC), and the Ministry of
Education and Higher Education HQ.
• Appointed Senior Functional Manager for Stakeholder & Interface Coordination,
leading engagement with authorities and internal teams to secure approvals and
Building Completion Certificates for multiple mega projects.
• Directed MEP integration for the Education City Masterplan (12 km²), translating
technical requirements into phased construction packages, developing the master
program, and coordinating execution across contractors and key suppliers.
• Oversaw interface management during the parallel construction of diverse Education
City assets—university, elite schools, libraries, convention centers, stadiums, sports
complexes, heritage sites, technology parks, cultural institutions, residential halls,
utility plants, public amenities, and infrastructure.
• Supervised testing and commissioning of MEP systems and ICT services across
multiple major facilities.
• Acted as primary liaison with the Clients Facility Management team, ensuring
smooth handover, operational readiness, and long-term performance of key assets.

• Delivered MEP coordination and technical reviews for the St. Regis Hotel & Branded
Apartments Project.
• Oversaw testing & commissioning and site-wide MEP works, reporting directly to the
Project Director.

• Managed the MEP design team for UAE-based projects, ensuring timely, cost

• Coordinated MEP technical works during the design stage of the Limitless Sanaya
Twin Towers project.

• Directed plumbing and fire protection design packages for projects across KSA,
Bahrain, UAE, Pakistan, Oman, and Jordan.

• Delivered mechanical design packages for major GCC projects, including sports clubs,
hotels, and high-rise mixed-use developments.

• Supervised MPE works for the Le Royal Hotel, a landmark 5-star development in
Amman.
