- In charge of key clients accounts. The clients were commercial airlines, private jets, army air forces and others looking for different technical maintenance services for their aircraft. My scope of work included: communication with clients and responding to their requests on a daily basis, preparing work orders, coordination with internal departments about the progress of work and delivery dates, invoicing, prospecting potential new clients, pricing, cooperating with internal and external auditors and other related matters.
- Was involved along with the company’s management in drafting and reviewing contracts / agreements with clients that included commercial and legal terms.
- Worked on a marketing plan for the company and was partly involved in the project to design its new website.

- Participated in IDEA (International District Energy Association) conference in 2007 & 2008 in Dubai, UAE.
