Working currently as an Analytics Partner for the Europe and Sub Saharan Africa region for one of our top global clients. I manage a team of people spread across the region and we ensure quick analytical support for the client based on the data we get from all the countries in the region.
Worked as a Senior Manager (Middle East North Africa Pakistan) in the Retail Insights Division; supervising a team of executives working on a portfolio stretching the entire MENAP region. Responsible for a number of categories and helping clients devise the right strategies for market expansion.
I was responsible for marketing and branding activities for Pfizer's Consumer Business in Pakistan. I was responsible for the re-launch after re-packaging and re-branding of the flagship brand for the business: Anne French (Hair Removal cream and lotion). I also supervised the sales function for the brand and worked on production and operations management. I was also responsible for setting up a new distribution network for the consumer business to enhance retail reach.
I was responsible for a team of 2 research executives and 1 senior research executive. My unit was the main contact point for all retail research conducted by P&G via Nielsen in Pakistan. Additionally, I also looked after several local food industry clients. I was responsible for generating research backed strategy that would help the client grow their business and gain an edge over the competition.
I was awarded a high performance award just 5 months after joining for regaining data quality levels that enabled P&G to restart a previously paused relationship with Nielsen in Pakistan.
I finished top of my batch in the MBA (Marketing) program and was awarded the Gold Medal for the highest cumulative GPA.
