Duties andResponsibilities
o Monitor HSE control of the work site and operation of the project safety plan.
o To ensure all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported and necessary remedial action is taken.
o Ensure workplace safety by conducting training, inspections and maintaining documentation as per the company HSE plan.
o Familiar with major safety programs like Induction, Toolbox,
o Ensure permit to work system is properly followed.
o On daily basis I shall ensure that all operatives including subcontractors or working in a safe manner and complying safety regulations.
o Familiarized with OSHA Standards.
o Conduct detailed investigation of Accident/Incident/Near miss, prepare report, and educate the route cause to the operatives to prevent reoccurrences.
o Implementing Company HSE plan & close follow up of its instruction at Site.
o Maintaining HSE statistics and all applicable files and records related to HSE Procedure.
o Carry Out workplace Inspection and given advice on Various HSE issues to execution Team.
o Ensure proper waste control by segregation, handling, and statutory disposal.
o Preparing presentation for safety meetings and minutes of meetings.
o To ensure all statutory posters / notices or displayed at the workplace.
o Coordinate with client safety Dept and Contractors safety Officers.
Responsible for proper care and maintenance of all facilities and equipment. Any and all areas used by employees, customers, vendors, must be free of hazards at all times. Also, all equipment such as fire extinguishers, hard hats, gloves, and ergonomic devices must be available and in good working condition.

Responsible for conducting warehouse and production area safety audits and implementing appropriate changes to correct or comply with regulations/standards.
o
Designs training for all levels of employees & ensures personnel training and corrective action follow- up are completed.
o
Develops and implements accident investigation, data analysis, and recurrence prevention programs and procedures.
o
Work with Corporate and local management on accident/incident investigations and reports of employee injuries and vehicular incidents.
o
Ensures safety and federally administered compliance regulations are enforced for equipment, vehicles, and transport employees.
