Responsible for leading Cost and Management Accounting function at Plant. Some of the Key Responsibilities include
o Supervising data entry to ensure all Costing data is properly recorded for each period.
o Costing of Products and suggestion of Prices accordingly.

o Analysis of costs to identify areas of inefficiency and reporting the results to higher management with suggestions for improvement.

o Serving as the primary contact for Credit customers (Long term contracts) for reconciliation of customer Balances.
o Reviewing and finalizing sale and purchase contracts with customers and suppliers.
o Handling Letter of credit arrangements and other Banking issues.
o Keeping a check on inventory levels.
o Identifying and appraising the requirement for CAPEX.
• Worked as Financial analyst on New Acquisitions Project. Main responsibilities included
o Forecasting Revenues and collections for future periods.
o Managing internal and external customers’ accounts and identifying all collection issues and suggesting measures for their resolution.
o Analysis of financial reports and developing dashboards for performance measurement in relationship to profitability and liquidity.
o Identification of Critical success factors and Development of KPI`s to ensure achievement of Critical success factors.
o Formulation of cost reduction Strategies and tracing progress against implemented strategies.
o Preparation of Variance analysis reports for sales and costs.
o Preparing frequent Ad-hoc reports for board meetings and for presentation to major Shareholders by the CFO.
o Daily reporting on receivable status of major clients to COO and GM.
Audit Services
o Managed and performed in teams on statutory and non-statutory audits and reviews.
o Reviewing, preparing and finalizing various types of reports and other deliverables.
o Applied various accounting standards (IAS, IFRS) in an assurance role to ensure that appropriate accounting treatments are being used for various business transactions.

o Serving as the Manager of the project to streamline transactions between UNICEF and Government of Pakistan to ensure smooth flow of funds from UNICEF to Government.
o Preparing and supervising the preparation of and collection of all supporting documentation to verify that the usage of funds is for the designated purposes.
